This support portal is for FläktGroup UK customers and staff to provide support for all the products we sell in the UK.

Currently you can contact us by Phone, Email (See details to the right) and using this online portal (Other options will be added in the future).

No matter which way you choose to contact us all of your requests will be visible in this portal when you Signup/Login. This allows you to call for support from site but then look at that request along with any others and review the answers and give feedback at a later date.

A knowledge base (Solutions) is also available and being built up all the time to allow you to find answers for yourself 24 hours a day.
